How Can We Help You?

Return/Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving the item. Once we receive the item and confirm it is in the same condition, we will initiate a refund.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using insured shipping for returns. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items when shipping back to us.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. The exception to this rule is with bullion or any item whose value is based principally on its metal content.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, bank wire transfers, and personal checks (with a hold period for check clearance). For large purchases over $10,000, we recommend wire transfers for faster processing.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Absolutely! Call us during business hours (Tuesday-Friday, 12PM-6PM. Saturday 11 AM-3 PM PST.) to place an order or get personalized assistance with your selection.

How much does shipping cost and how do we ship our items?

  • Orders under $100: $8.95 standard shipping
  • Orders $100-$499: $12.95 insured shipping
  • Orders $500+: FREE fully insured shipping
  • Express & signature required shipping available for additional fees

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. It's fully insured and tracked at every step.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

All shipments are fully insured and tracked. If a package is lost, we'll work with the carrier to locate it and file an insurance claim if necessary. Damaged items are covered by insurance, and we'll arrange replacement or refund immediately.

Do you buy coins from collectors?

Yes! We purchase individual coins, complete collections, and estate holdings. Contact us with details about what you're looking to sell, and we'll provide a fair market evaluation. We buy both common and rare coins depending on current inventory needs.

Can you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only due to customs regulations and insurance requirements for precious metals. We're working to expand international shipping options in the future.
