CASCADE RARE COINS TO CELEBRATE GRAND OPENING IN CENTRALIA: Cascade Rare Coins and Precious Metals will celebrate its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, May 1, at 3 p.m.

Owners Matthew Weeks and Kellen Mangan will be on hand during the event to welcome guests and answer questions about their inventory and services.
Mangan, a Tacoma native, attended Saint Martin’s University and currently owns a construction company. One of his recent projects in Centralia involves transforming a rundown property into three townhomes, which are nearing completion.
Weeks, originally from Vancouver, Washington, also attended Saint Martin’s University. He has more than 20 years of experience in coin collecting and has worked professionally for 13 years with one of the nation’s most prestigious dealers, APMEX Precious Metals and Coins.
In 2021, Weeks returned to Washington, where he reconnected with Mangan. Sharing a longstanding passion for numismatics, the two decided to open their own collectible coin shop in Centralia.
